Ingredients:
• 2-3 Strawberries (frozen or non-frozen)
• 4 Blackberries/Raspberries (frozen or non-frozen)
• 1/2 tsp organic flax seeds
• 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (hemp/sunflower/pea/pumpkin)
• 150ml plant-based milk (almond/cashew/oat/coconut)
Steps:
1. Cut your fruits in small chunks and put in a blender.
2. Add 100 ml milk and flax seeds and blend to make sure everything is blended well and there are no chunks. Add rest of the ingredients including the remaining milk and blend well. 3. Tips: You can also add a banana or 2 dates to make the smoothie sweeter as berries can be a bit tart.
