De - Bloat Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 inch (5g) Fresh Ginger
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) Ajwain
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) Cumin Seeds
- A pinch (1g) Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) Fennel Seeds
- A pinch (1g) Rock Salt
- 1 tsp (5g) Lemon Juice
Cooking Method:
- In a pan, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- Add ginger, ajwain, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and asafoetida. Let it boil until the water reduces to half.
- Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup.
- Add a pinch of rock salt and lemon juice before serving.
